HOMEMADE NATURAL SKIN LUMINIZER

I read great reviews about RMS Beauty Living Luminizer, I discovered that its ingredients are simple and free of harsh chemicals.  I am falling in love with its natural products, but it's pricey for a small container. After a heavy research, I found a perfect and easy recipe for this. I've decided to make my own natural skin luminizer from scratch. So, here it is.

Natural Skin Luminizer Recipe from Free People Blog. ( I adapted a bit)

Ingredients:

1 tbsp organic beeswax pellets

2 tsp organic coconut oil

1 tsp organic jojoba oil ( I use avocado oil instead )

1 or 2 tsp mica powder ( more mica = more shimmer ) ( I use my shimmer eyeshadow instead )

Melt the beeswax, coconut oil, and jojoba oil together in a double boiler. After melting, add mica powder and stir well.

A small glass bowl over a butter sauce pot of 1.5 inches of boiling water. So this is perfectly fine if you don't have a double boiler.  The small glass bowl is highly resistant to heat.

I use avocado oil, as I have been using most of the time. I have Lily Lolo vanilla shimmer eyeshadow. Any eyeshadow of your choice. You can order mica powder: Slice of the Moon or TKB trading

Add your favorite mica powder more as desired and blend well. Have two glass jars ready.

Pour it into tiny glass jars. Let's cool them down for 20 minutes. Then ready to use!

I was so excited to make those for myself. So, if you are going to make your own, happy making! I'd love to hear how it goes for you and your opinions. Please leave in the comment. Thank you for stopping by.

Much love,

JYK
